Making Valentines

I actually had the girls working on valentines a week early--this is the two of them hard at work on T.J.'s cards. Bronwen told me she wanted to wait until the actual day to give it to him, but that evening as he walked through the door she shouted, "We made you valentines!" and gave it to him straight away. I don't think he minded. What you don't see is the camera-person has matching jammies...

Happy Valentine's Day!

Today we worked on making our annual Valentine's Day cookies. The recipe is easy, the dough beautiful, and the results, delicious!

Photo Session

T.J. decided that we needed to do another photo session with Adam last weekend. Adam is growing and changing so quickly--he weighed in at 14 pounds, 15 oz at his 2-month appointment. I have to remind myself to try to capture him weekly since he is growing like a weed. Of course the girls had to get into the action, in all their finery.

Lila and School

Today I take Lila in for her second day of school. I tentatively started her last week--not sure why I have such separation anxiety over this--and was told she did really well. I did note the slight stomping of feet as I was leaving, but apparently they discovered her love of Dora and found a Dora toy which she loved.

I hope she learns to love school.
