Sad News

T.J.'s dear grandmother, known affectionately as "Dee Dee," passed away last night. She had been recovering from triple bypass surgery, and while she had plenty of fight in her, her kidneys ultimately refused to cooperate.

Luckily we all got to see her and tell her how much we loved her. She had a wonderful life indeed--two daughters, seven grandchildren, six great-grand daughters, five more great-grand babies on the way, and innumerable friends who thought the world of her. We will miss you Dee Dee!

I'm so sorry to hear about your loss. It's so incredibly difficult to lose a grandparent. Know that our love and prayers are with you, TJ, Bronwen, and the entire family as you find your own ways to cope. If there's anything we can do, please call!

DeeDee was one of a kind. She had a kind heart and treated us like part of the family. I loved knowing her even for a short while.
I'm sure her wit, wisdom and love will be missed but remembered and treasured by all who knew her.
