hey try the johnsons vapor bath. Also steamed up bathrooms before bed time and sleeping on a slight inclined mattress. I also use the homemade saline solution with slightly warm water and clean her nose out before every bottle and at bedtime. She hates it but it helps. Try to not use ceiling fans- they seem to make it worse and use cool mist humidifiers.
