Fathers and Feathers

Bronwen had a great weekend. Saturday we journeyed to the LA Science and Art Museum to check out the Jim Henson exhibit. Bronwen enjoyed laughing at the muppets while T.J. and I tried to skim all the information before her boredom set in. She especially enjoyed pointing and smiling at every available person. Of course they smiled back. Father's Day was great--Bronwen helped me covertly make a delicious breakfast casserole the night before by distracting her daddy during her bath. We enjoyed it after church Sunday morning. Then we just spent the day enjoying each other! Here is an excerpt from this morning:

Sorry it is so dark--the room seemed bright as I was filming!

You should put music on in the background and let her conduct music. She is a natural.

Dear Cousin Bronwen,
You look like an expert at the feather stick. In fact, you are better than our mom and dad. Will please come over and play with us. We are jealous because Cousin Pepper gets to play with you all the time. We are just as cute. We promise.

We love you!

Bronwen: How I LOVE to hear that giggle. Are you practicing to be a future cheerleader?? Pepper is sooo patient!

I don't know who is having more fun...the cat or Bronwen. I'd have to say probably Bronwen as the cat seems to go from scared to playful and back to scared again.

I love to hear her laugh!
