T.J. finally convinced me to hire a personal trainer for him. It's been a tough argument--I think personal trainers are expensive and somewhat pointless; he countered that it was important for his health. T.J. tries to exercise each day, but he said that he needs the extra push of a hired tyrant breathing down his neck. Luckily this one was available. I would even say her rates are fairly reasonable.
